Refreshing Iced Tea Recipe

2 quarts (8 cups / 2L) water

2 roasted dandelion tea bags

1/4 cup honey (more or less to taste)

4 servings stevia (more or less to taste)

2 tablespoons lemon juice (or more to taste)

2 or 3 fresh or frozen ginger slices

Add tea bags to 4 cup Pyrex measuring cup. Fill with boiling water up to 4 cup mark. Add sugar and lemons, ginger stir without breaking tea bags, let steep for 1/2 hour then remove bags. Continue to let cool, then chill and enjoy.

Can also use pot and boil water on stove, remove from heat and add ingredients.

Add more or less sugar, lemon, tea bags etc to your liking. Swap out the honey for cane sugar, or just use all honey instead of stevia.

Mix and match sugar/honey. Or substitute with the ratio of other natural sweetener – each varies so read the direction of how much to swap out for and whether it can be used in a hot liquid.
