A solid choice, Compliments Gluten Free Chocolate Cake Mix found at Sobeys and other stores that serve Compliments brand, we liked this *almost* as much as PC’s version of, essentially, the same. PC gets a couple extra points for fluffiness. Non-GF’ers will not realize this is gluten free. Very versatile as brownies, two bite brownies or mini muffins, 8×8, 9×13, classic rounds – this will fit almost any purpose and saved us from making 2 desserts (traditionally GF and non), which we loved.
