It was really good! Lets just jump out of the gate on this one. Not just good for Gluten Free, but good, like everyone likes them good. Its a relief to be able to make one dessert instead of multiple and having to keep them separate and labelled and all the other shenanigans that come with GF. Well, these are shenanigan free too! We substitute the water with milk, which makes them even fluffier.
We find this mix easier than trying the plethora of gross, mediocre and underwhelming flour options and trying to make our own. (and being stuck with bits of those flour options left over at 5x’s the price)
